My dress was not shipped when promised, in order for it to reach me in time for my daughter’s prom. The company also hid behind their refund policy and told me that they gave me an option to cancel. Yes, but I was led to believe that my dress was being shipped days before it was actually shipped. The company really mishandled me and lied. The dress was not shipped in a time that would allow for it to reach me in time. The company blamed me not getting the dress until after prom on the delivery company. The delivery company worked based off of the time that the dress was released to them. The responsibility was on the dress company to be honest and they failed, terribly. Full disclosure, on their part would have let me know to cancel my order. They, ultimately, took over $400 from me.
