The dress was nothing like the picture at all the trail isn’t long like the picture they weren’t trying to be reasonable on a refund or to try and fixed the dress when my prom is around the corner this website is very much unprofessional and not ok

I love the dress, it's beautiful. I didn't get a chance to send measurements, so it was a standard 4, and she wears a size 4. So I had to get it taken in just a little. But that was my fault.
